Karlene’s Conveyancing was launched on the Central Coast in 2014. Our founder, Karlene Glanville, has more than 30 years of conveyancing experience across New South Wales and has lived on the Central Coast since 1992.


Over the past eight years, Karlene’s Conveyancing has thrived and now services clients in Erina, Killcare, Killarney Vale and surrounding areas. We are a proudly locally owned and operated business that employs a small team who are dedicated to simplifying the conveyancing process for you.

Karlene’s Qualifications

Karlene and her team regularly undertake training procedures to maintain their qualifications and stay up to date with legal requirements. Karlene holds a Conveyancing Licence issued by the NSW Department of Fair Trading and is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW.


Karlene’s Conveyancing holds the required professional indemnity insurance approved by the NSW Department of Fair Trading to ensure all clients are protected throughout the conveyancing process. Karlene is also an appointed Justice of the Peace and can sign any documents that require a qualified witness.

Our talented team is committed to providing you with an outstanding conveyancing service. We offer a competitively priced and comprehensive service that is Straightforward, Professional and Personal. We are also wives, parents and Grandparents who understand the intricacies and personal challenges that often present when buying or selling.


We have an enviable reputation, gained over 30 years, for providing a high quality, efficient and affordable conveyancing service. Whilst conveniently located on Avoca Drive at Green Point, we can also come to you to provide advice and assistance with your decision to buy and/or sell: Houses, Units, Land or Businesses.


Our attentive team can also provide Identity authorisation and Justice of the Peace services. Together, we work as a coherent, friendly and professional team to ensure happy and successful outcomes for the clients of Karlene’s Conveyancing.

Peta Randall completed her Conveyancing Course at Macquarie University. She is Karlene’s full time assistant, or 2IC, responsible for client file management from initial contact, through to exchange and onto settlement.

Helen Dyce rounds off the team by bringing a wealth of knowledge and years of conveyancing experience to Karlene’s Conveyancing. Helen dots the i’s and crosses the t’s to ensure all the parts transition into a smooth and complete settlement for the client.
