By Selling with Karlene’s Conveyancing you will:
- Receive confirmation in writing as to your instructions together with our cost agreement.
- Obtain all of the required documents as quickly as possible to complete the Contract in accordance with the Conveyancing Sale of Land Regulation 2005.
- Have the Contract prepared and forwarded to your nominated Real Estate Agents in order for them to commence their marketing campaign without delay.
- Have the preparation of the discharge of Mortgage and calculation of payout figure for settlement as required.
- Know that Karlene will deal with the whole matter during the course of the transaction to complete the sale.
By Buying with Karlene’s Conveyancing you will:
- Receive confirmation in writing as to your instructions together with our cost agreement.
- Receive Contract from vendor’s representative OR if in a cooling-off period, Contract from the Real Estate Agent.
- Have the Contract reviewed and explained to you and negotiate any necessary amendments to the contract.
- Obtain property searches /certificates.
- Attend to mortgagee’s requirements and preparation of Transfer.
- Have mortgage documents explained (if required).
- Be made aware of stamp duty requirements.
- Know that Karlene will deal with the whole matter during the course of the transaction to complete the purchase.
